ABI Auction: Halloween Cat

This cat was available for adoption through 

Artist Bears International

during their October 24-26, 2014 Auction/Competition event 

but was NOT adopted in the auction

so Catober was then listed in 

my Etsy shop

And was quickly ADOPTED

Features for Cat:

• Hand-stitched cat from vintage dark brown mink stole
  

• Sitting height is approx. 7 1/2 inches

• Standing height (two legs) is approx. 10 1/2 inches

• Standing height (four legs) is approx. 6 inches
  

• Standing on four legs measures 5 1/2 inches from tail base to nose (tail measures 4 inches)

•  This cat has 7 joints including a double jointed neck and tail

• Hand-painted orange glass eyes

• Leather nose

• Wire armature in legs, ears, and tail

• Gently hand painted details

• Paw pads and inner ears from leather

• Includes Halloween props: fabric pumpkin and
  handmade Halloween necklace 
  

ABI Auction Puppy

This mink puppy was available for adoption on

This puppy was adopted in the ABI auction and was named Frisco by his new mom

Features of this puppy:

• 8 inches sitting

• 10 inches standing (on two legs)

• 7 inches from tail to nose (on four legs)

• glass eyes with white ultrasuede sclera

• trapunto paw pads and ear lining from ultrasuede

• embroidered, waxed and sealed sculpted nose

• wire armature in arms and legs

• 6 joints, including a double jointed neck (for a charming head tilt)

This mink panda was available for adoption on

This panda was adopted in the ABI auction and named "Hershey" by his new mom

from a beautiful rich dark brown vintage mink jacket

The pattern I used was my Mother-Daughter set

The lining of the jacket had such beautiful trapunto and monograms

that I had to make a quilt for the teddies to sit on.

I even kept the pocket with the second monogram.
